I am not the biggest fan of food colouring, after once trying a spiderman cake with so much red dye in, I threw up after only a couple of bites.
However, even if only to look at, this cake is amazing.

Although, they said they used gel, so maybe thats different to the liquidy colouring.. i dunno!
